Jun 24, 2011  Apple has now released Mac OS X 10.6.8, the eighth maintenance update for Snow Leopard, via Software Update. The update prepares your Mac for installing Mac OS X Lion when it is released next month and includes other bug and security fixes since the release of Mac.
